FROM CRISIS TO PREVENTION

A potential candidate joining this mission is joining a movement tackling some of the biggest questions facing the public sector right now. You get to directly influence and shapehow 21st century public services will grow and improve the lvies of the people they are there to serve. 

This mission is spearheading a growing business and there will be opportunities for rapid promotion for tenacions and committed candidates who help deliver change and results, working alongside some of the best minds in the sector.

For this mission, we need people who can: 

– Help clients establish a sense of purpose and translate that into a strategy, business plans and performance management frameworks;

– Develop transformation business cases

– Design and mobilise complex change programmes, ensure that they are appropriately respourced and governed, and that there are suitable programme office and reporting arrangements in place.

– Desing and implement new Target Operating Models that include leadership, organisational structure, culture and capability, systems, processes and governance.

.- Undertake reviews of top team capability, leadership and design and then develop, restructure, and widen workforce change proposals.

– Deliver innovation and service redesign projects includig the application of data and behavioural insight, customer modelling, journey mapping, techinical architecture configuration, establishing incubators and enabling all forms of user involvement.

– Lead community engagement and development projects, including those designed to enhance public participation and democratic renewal.

MISSION:
TRANSFORMING PUBLIC SERVICE

A potential candidate joining this mission is joining a movement tackling some of the biggest questions facing the public sector right now. You get to directly influence and shape how 21st century public services will grow and improve the lives of the people they are there to serce.

The mission is spearheading a growing business and there will be opportunities for rapid promotion for tenacious and committed candidates who help deliver change and results, working alongside some of the best minds in the sector.

For this mission, we need people who can: 

– Help clients establish a sense of purpose and translate that into a strategy, business plans and performance management frameworks;

– Develop medium-term financial plans including financial scenario planning and risk analysis (defining how big the problem is) and support clients to bring forward savings and/or additional income proposals to close the gap, along with the developments of detailed business cases that provide confidence around delivery

– Design and mobilise cvomplex change programmes, ensure that they are appropriately resourced and governed, and that there are suitable programme office and reporting arrangements in place.

– Design and implement new Target Operating Models that include leadership, organisational structure, culture and capability, systems and processes and governance.

– Undertake reviews of top team capability, leadership and design and then develop restructure and widen workforche change proposals.

– Deliver innovation and service redesign projects including the application of data and behavioural insight, customer modelling, journey mapping, technical architecture configuration, establishing incubators and enabling all forms of user involvement.

– Review and improve all aspects of corporate governance including risk management, information governance, fraud prevention and detection, internal audit and wider assurance and compliance.

– Review and improve procurement and commissioning arrangements.
 

–  Lead community engagement and development porjects, including those designed to enhance public participation and democratic renewal.

MISSION:
AFFORDABLE HOUSING DELIVERY

A candidate joining this mission will be joining a movement tackling one of the greatest crises facing our country right now. We are ambitious about making a significant impact on solving the housing crisis by getting the public sector playing a leading role in tackling local housing need, including through council-led development, specialist housing provicion and interventions in the housing market.

This missions is spearheading a growing business and there will be opportunities for rapid promotion for tenacions and commited candidates who help deliver change and results, working alongside some of the best minds in the sector.

 

For this mission, we need people who can: 

– Help clients establish a sense of purpose and translate that into strategy, business plans and delivery.

– Design and mobilise complex housing delivery programmes, ensuring that they are appropriately resourced and governed, and that there are suitable programme office and reporting arrangements in place.

– Undertake reviews of programmes, budgets, governance structures and delivery mechanisms to identify areas for improvement.

– Draw on a mature and eveloped network of clients and partners with a role in delivering and managing housing in the UK.

– Deliver innovation and added value to our clients.

– Lead community engagement and development projects, including those designed to enhance public participation and democratic renewal.

The mission is founded upon a deep understanding of strategic place-making that combines economic analysis, planning and design with ‘people-first focus´and taking a global approach when tackling issues. You will grow rapidly and become involved in complex placemaking projects, where we are often switching between strategic thinking and more practical delivery across multiple sectors, such as, digital infrastructure planning, socio-economic modelling, spatial planning, public sector governance, place-branding, community engagement, assets and property analysis and more.

Mission directors provide strategic support in project work. They also contribute to a candidate’s growth by enabling partnerships and learning opportunities within and outsider our team. We collaborate with other missions to ensure that everyone’s growth is supported by a diverse range of experiences, and that we learn form one another through hacks, project meetings and our insights meetings.
