CASE STUDIES

CORNWALL COUNCIL

  • Cornwall Council is undertaking an ambitious suite of projects centred on regeneration and improvement, focusing on communities that needed the most attention. With the projects being as diverse as they were, from town centre strategies to flood defence, the council initially faced coordination challenges that were leading to inefficiencies, budget constraints, and stakeholder engagement issues. â€‹

  • Needing a strategic approach to optimise resource allocation and accelerate project execution, the council sought to work collaboratively with Inner Circle Consulting experts to achieve these needs alongside the significant cost savings and increased community trust we provide.

LIVERPOOL CITY COUNCIL

  • Liverpool is one of England’s great cities and has a vibrant city-centre economy. The city has significant opportunities to improve its economic productivity, business density, and develop a knowledge intensive economy.

  • We have been commissioned to deliver a three part Inclusive Economy Strategy comprises an Economic Analysis of the city, a Vision setting out the narrative for growth to 2040 and, crucially, a delivery plan mapping existing and planned interventions against the capacity to deliver inclusive economic growth.   

LONDON BOROUGH OF HOUNSLOW

  • Following our award-winning business case developed in 2019, we were re-commissioned by the council in 2023 to undertake a refresh in a post-pandemic context.

  • We have since worked closely with the council and its partners to identify the key economic opportunities for the borough over the next 5-10 years and the interventions that will be required to achieve them through the wider borough eco-system of partners, investors and anchor institutions.
