We love our Bermondsey Street neighbourhood. It embodies many aspects of great urbanism. We buy local. We actively supporting the neighbourhood events, business and community forums. Many of our staff live just around the corner. We are equally good neighbours to our other cities partners. We have taken up residence in our Truro project and are planning creative events and urban learning exchanges from our on-site office throughout the regeneration process. We act local and think global.

People come together around food, so we share lunch around our family kitchen table. We make use of the space for morning yoga and other stress relieving activities. We love taking advantages of London’s new low traffic neighbourhoods when we ride to work. We’re so passionate about wellbeing its one of four pillars to our extensive learning and development programme that regularly features Olympic sailor and international ambassador for young women Annie Lush.

Green living is extremely important to us. Our biophilic studio is a mini urban jungle with plants bought from East London’s famous Columbia Road Market and nurtured by the green-figured members of our team. We are taking measures to become a zero carbon practice and are progressively adopting the very best environmental management systems because we know we must be good ancestors.

Analysts – your excellent analytical and research skills will provide invaluable support across our projects. These are our entry level consulting positions

Consultants – As an ICC Consultant you’ll bring one of the key disciplines we’re looking for, great project management skills and work on important projects across the UK

Senior Consultants – Bringing a deeper experience in project or programme management and expertise in two or more relevant disciplines, you’ll work across several key projects, leading our project teams

Managing Consultants – You’ll become part of our Leadership Team, helping to build and grow our business, leveraging your expertise and foresight to spot growth areas.

Analysts

Our analysts provide core support to our projects and programmes. You need to be comfortable working at pace, great at data analysis, proficient in relevant software and a great researcher. This is our entry point to consultancy so we’re looking for people keen to develop their skills on the pathway to becoming a consultant. Progress is fast at ICC. Ideas and consistent quality of performance are recognised

We’re looking for people with:

A degree and / or post-graduate degree in a relevant discipline or with an equivalent qualification and 2-3 years’ work experience, able to process, analyse and present data powerfully, able to communicate ideas well verbally and visually, passionate about making a difference, willing to travel, self-aware and driven to improve

Consultants & Senior Consultants

Our consultants work in project teams, alongside our clients to achieve great outcomes. You’ll bring a subject expertise in a least one area of interest to us, plus honed project management skills and excellent written and verbal communication. Your ideas, contributions and approach will be key to keeping our delivery fast paced and high quality

We’re looking for people with:

A degree and / or post-graduate degree in a relevant discipline or with equivalent qualification with a track record of delivering projects.

Your project management discipline will be evident as will your confidence working alongside clients to achieve their objectives. All our consultants are excellent communicators, driven by self-improvement and passion to make change happen.

Managing Consultants

As part of ICC’s leadership team, you will be helping us grow our business through your networks and business opportunities. Our Managing Consultants provide project management leadership, bring subject matter expertise in at least two key areas and work directly with our key clients.

We are looking for people with:

A degree and / or post-graduate degree in a relevant discipline or with equivalent qualification.

Superb project and programme management skills

Great networking skills and the ability to spot opportunities for business development and talent in others

Understanding the public sector landscape and a point of view about how your talents can support our clients to create better outcomes.
