TOBY FOX TAKES MARKETING ROLE AT INNER CIRCLE CONSULTING

 Toby Fox, founder of local government events and marketing company 3Fox, has joined Inner Circle Consulting as Head of Marketing, in a move described by ICC co-founders Jamie Ounan and Chris Twigg as “the next step forward in our urgent work of transforming government services for the 21^st century.”

Fox, who set up 3Fox in 2004, said he was “delighted to be joining an organisation that’s working alongside top UK leadership teams to reconnect civic institutions to the people who need them and create world-class towns, cities and places. It’s a chance to work right at the coal face of local authorities’ major challenges and help them achieve their goals.”

ICC co-founder Jamie Ounan said: “A huge part of Toby’s role is to further our mission to promote the good work happening throughout the sector. It’s an investment in sharing knowledge to accelerate reform and support communities across the country. We’re also glad to welcome Toby because he will ensure we design our offers from the outside-in and connect the right senior leaders in need of support to the right Inner Circle team.”

3Fox will wind down its activities over the next six months, but its key platforms – Voice of Authority, a digital platform where local authority leaders debate key sector issues, event platform Sitematch and the Direct Delivery Awards – will move into a new phase of growth and development with Inner Circle’s support. 3Fox events manager Natasha McGrory also joins Inner Circle as events officer within the expanding marketing team.

Chris Twigg, ICC co-founder, added: “Toby has spent nearly twenty years giving local authorities the opportunity to work with each other and share knowledge and best practice in order to keep raising the bar. He’s a great fit for our growing movement of people tackling knotty problems for councils and local authorities as their trusted advisors.”
