NEW TALENT JOINS INNER CIRCLE CONSULTING

We are delighted to welcome Karen Barke, Ruth Luscombe and Subiya Pryce-Kennedy to Inner Circle Consulting as managing consultants, joining our team of dedicated professionals driving forward the transformation of public services and connecting communities and councils together with trust for better futures.

Karen Barke has more than 20 years of experience in delivering housing schemes in challenging contexts across three different London boroughs. Before joining ICC, she was Head of Strategic Development at the London Borough of Lewisham and previously she was Head of Estate Regeneration and of the Housing Infill Programme at the London Borough of Hackney. Karen is joining our Housing mission as a Managing Consultant to support our clients to tackle the housing crisis and deliver affordable homes for our communities.

I couldn’t be more excited to be starting a new role with ICC. I have worked with them as a client and have been hugely impressed by their collaborative approach and by the creativity they bring to working with local government,” Karen said.

Ruth Luscombe has led major service transformation across the public sector in roles with four local authorities, a housing association and as a management consultant. Most recently she worked as an Assistant Director leading Digital, Customer Services, Transformation and ICT for a local authority. She has 15 years of experience working collaboratively to create sustainable change through the development of new models and approaches.  Ruth joins our Transforming Public Services/ Crisis to Prevention missions as a Managing Consultant.

Subiya Pryce-Kennedy has a career spanning more than 20 years leading change and transformation initiatives, working for the local government, health, and criminal justice sectors with a focus on service design and improvement. In her previous roles as a management consultant, she has led transformation projects for a wide range of local authorities. Subiya is joining our Transforming Public Services/ Crisis to Prevention missions as a Managing Consultant.
