• Improving enabling functions, including digital and technology, to drive operational efficiency

 We work across the children’s social care pathway from the initial contact through to pre and post proceedings – ensuring the right solutions are embedded to prevent escalation of need, care entries and, where this is not possible, configuring systems to achieve permanence for children and young people.
