CORNWALL COUNCIL

Cornwall Council is undertaking an ambitious suite of projects centred on regeneration and improvement, focusing on communities that needed the most attention. With the projects being as diverse as they were, from town centre strategies to flood defence, the council initially faced coordination challenges that were leading to inefficiencies, budget constraints, and stakeholder engagement issues.

Needing a strategic approach to optimise resource allocation and accelerate project execution, the council sought to work collaboratively with Inner Circle Consulting experts to achieve these needs alongside the significant cost savings and increased community trust we provide.

We have been commissioned to deliver a three part Inclusive Economy Strategy comprises an Economic Analysis of the city, a Vision setting out the narrative for growth to 2040 and, crucially, a delivery plan mapping existing and planned interventions against the capacity to deliver inclusive economic growth.
