We delivered a programme business plan to invest the £300m

We accelerated delivery by introducing PowerBi, a state of the art Project Portfolio Management system, and new governance systems and reporting controls
Inner Circle’s team acted as the Director’s core delivery team. We re-profiled and accelerated delivery of the programme and gave definition to proposed development sites, including high level assessment of capacity, key risks and issues (title, planning, ground conditions, etc.).
Our development strategy and business plan included viability and deliverability assessment. We created a timetable to ensure GLA funding outcomes were met. The programme business plan included full cashflow, deliverable within the financing/HRA envelope.
Our data scientist created a system using Power BI to amalgamate disparate systems into clear visualisation for senior managers and the Mayor. This aided decision-making and has helped accelerate delivery.
Inner Circle managed the associated organisational transformation process smoothly and helped the director gain full buy-in to the new systems.
