Impact

Inner Circle has a strategic relationship with Harrow Council, preparing the council for change and supporting the delivery of key projects within the local regeneration programme. We set up the £400m investment programme designed to create long-term income streams and build financial resilience. We designed management arrangements that cover regeneration, asset management and housing delivery projects. We have undertaken initial feasibility studies and options appraisals for key projects. An innovative part of our work has focused on developing a bespoke tool to analyse and report on the social and economic regeneration impact as well as financial return on investment, for each project. Inner Circle continues to provide on-going programme management and project delivery support.
