Project Objective 


To project manage a multi-unit housing scheme to contribute towards the council Private Rental Housing investment programme.


Inner Circle led the development of Harrow’s first directly delivered multi-unit housing scheme. We undertook the initial feasibility study and appointed the design team, which successfully secured planning. Our team then advised on and managed the contractor appointment. As well as delivering the scheme the process developed the Council’s internal systems so they are positioned to directly deliver more multi-unit schemes, optimising the return on investment for the public sector.
