Looking back on my first six months at Inner Circle, I'm amazed at how much I've learned and the range of projects I've been involved with. After working in local government for most of my career, I was nervous about making the leap to consultancy. But I needn't have worried. I'm now working with talented colleagues in a flexible and collaborative team environment, delivering projects that have a positive impact on people and places. I really enjoy working at Inner Circle and feel excited to be part of the company as it continues to grow.

We developed a two year graduate development programme in 2018 to provide recent graduates with the very best chance of achieving two main aims: to be exceptional and considered by our clients, colleagues and peers to be one of the best consultants they have worked with; and to have a fulfilling and rewarding life outside of work.

We took on three graduates and offered them dedicated support and training throughout their time with us – from initial induction, office based mentoring and regular assessments to help keep them on the right track. There was also the option of further study and opportunities for extra qualifications.
